About JMS Commercial

John has been actively involved in several aspects of real estate since 1993. His expertise involves site selection, deal pipeline management, leasing (existing and new construction), tenant representation and development. With  20 years experience in retail real estate, John has worked for Hallmark Cards as a Regional Real Estate Manager for the Mid Atlantic Region, Caribou Coffee as its Director of Real Estate, Perrine Wheeler Real Estate Investment as its Director of Leasing and currently owns and operates JMS Commercial that primarily focuses on retail acquisitions, investment sales and site selection for his broad base of clients. With his unique perspective in retail real estate having worked as both a regional landlord/developer and national retailer, John has taken his expertise to JMS.

During John’s tenure with Hallmark Cards, Caribou Coffee, Perrine Wheeler and JMS, John has negotiated and approved more than 1,000 commercial real estate transactions and John has strong relationships and has negotiated deals with several national and regional clients.
